LEFT EPIDURAL HEMATOMA. POSSIBLE RIGHT FRONTAL HEMORRHAGIC CONTUSION
The arrow heads point to the presence of an extra-axial hemorrhage which is biconvex in nature and does cross sutures. This most likely represents an epidural hematoma. There is a small area of high attenuation within the contra-lateral anterior aspect of the right frontal lobe most likely compatible with hemorrhagic contusion.
