FRONTAL CONTUSION WITH SUBARACHNOID HEMORRHAGE.

Note the hyperdensity in the area overlying the left frontal lobe just internal to the calvarium. This represents an area of hemorrhagic contusion and possibly a small amount of associated subarachnoid hemorrhage.

Note the symmetry of the frontal horns, Sylvian fissures, the normal third ventricle and ambient cistern.
