Hemorrhagic nodular goiter: A 45-year-old woman presented with a 1-day history of an atraumatic, painless, expanding neck mass . The mass is nonpulsatile and there was no evidence of airway compromise. Surgical exploration revealed a hemorrhagic nodular goiter. Lateral view of the neck. (L.S.)
